The label «Efficient Solution» was awarded after a rigorous evaluation done by independent experts. Our GEEBEE® thus joins the great #1000 solutions challenge. It is an initiative launched by the foundation to select solutions that meet high standards in terms of sustainability and profitability. Moreover, these innovations are then presented to important decision-makers to fast-track their establishment in the market.
Despite the pandemic, we’ve introduced our GEEBEE and have succeeded in launching several pilot projects into several new cities in the United States and France. In fact, we see the current crisis as an opportunity to evolve in the way we do things: mobility can become more sustainable in professional fleets” added Christian De Stoop who oversees Business Development.
What is the label?
The “Solar Impulse Efficient Solution” is one of the first labels to recognize the positive impact of businesses bringing together environmental protection and economic viability. This label is attributed following an assessment performed by external independent experts. In collaboration with renowned institutions, solutions applying for the label must go through a neutral methodology based on verified standards.

The Solar Impulse Foundation is dedicated to accelerating the implementation of clean and cost-effective solutions. It also supports companies in achieving their environmental objectives and adopting ambitious energy policies. Indeed, the Foundation’s support is necessary for the marketing of these sustainable solutions.
